Terms & Conditions for Syringa residential promotions:

- Receive a R10,000 discount upon coupon allocation. Once we have received your coupon / flyer of which you would have received from the Syringa @ Avianto Estate launch, this discount will only then apply.
- Promotion is based on limited stock and an order will only be qualified once the deposit has been received.
- Promotion valid for Johannesburg and surroundings areas only.
- Customers are to ensure 2.4Ghz WIFI is available for the inverter and automation smart switches.
- All pricing includes VAT
- This promotion may be extended or cancelled by Northlands Energy at their sole discretion based availability.
- Promotion is based on a standard installation, a site survey is required for every order to qualify for the promotion.
- Any work outside of the promotional values will be quoted and billed separately.
